Farm VAT
Delete your account
You can delete your Farm VAT account, and everything in it, at any time. It can’t be undone, and we can’t recover it for you afterwards.
Export your records first
Irish Revenue expects VAT records to be kept for six years. Farm VAT doesn’t keep them once your account is deleted, so share the VAT report as a PDF or CSV spreadsheet from the Report tab before you go.
In the app
- Open Farm VAT and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.
On the web
- Sign in to Farm VAT and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete account.
By email
If you can’t sign in, email hello@itsconchur.com from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We’ll do it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What’s deleted
- Your login and email address
- Your farm details and categories
- Every record, with its VAT lines and spray products
- Every receipt photo and PDF you uploaded
- Your subscription record with RevenueCat, our subscription provider
What isn’t
- Apple and Google keep their own records of any subscription you bought through them. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel that subscription: cancel it in your Apple Account or Google Play settings, under Subscriptions.
- Copies held in routine backups are overwritten within 7 days.
